From Exhausted to Connected and Confident

Imagine a version of yourself who isn't constantly second-guessing everything. Who feels confident knowing what helps and what doesn't. Who feels supported and understood.

Join Selective Mutism expert Dr. Aimee Kotrba for a weekend of relaxation, support, education, and connection!

Friday, November 6 at 1pm - Sunday, November 8, 2026 at 12pm

When a parent discovers that their child is struggling to speak and be their true, amazing selves in public, at school, and with friends, it can be heartbreaking and so scary. This worry and helplessness can be compounded by loneliness when a parent can't find help from a therapist, support from a school, or a tribe of other parents who understand.

The journey through Selective Mutism is not easy and can be exhausting and lonely. This retreat weekend will allow you to take time for yourself to relax and recharge, and you will be surrounded by moms of kids with Selective Mutism who understand your challenges and celebrate your wins!

You are not alone, and you don't have to figure this out by yourself.

This weekend retreat offers workshops with Dr. Aimee Kotrba, a nationally-known expert in Selective Mutism, yoga and mindfulness practices, connection activities, delicious meals, and renewed energy and clarity. Leave with a support team (your own tribe!), confidence in your own abilities, and insights to help you effectively support your child.
